5 Months Down, 1 to Go!

I officially met my goal!  I cannot believe how far I've come.  I have one more month left with Sarah Bowmar and her training program.  Everything that she has shown me I will be able to continue once my training with her is officially over.

 My weight and measurements have remained pretty consistent but I can really see a difference in my body fat %.  I went from 33.7% towards the beginning of my journey and as of this picture is was down to 17%!

My 6 Month Plan with Sarah Bowmar

I am about half way thru my 6 month journey with Sarah Bowmar's nutrition and fitness plan.  I am loving how far I have come.
As of this picture I am down 22 lbs and 20.5 inches!

I discovered Sarah on Instagram and started incorporating her workouts into my gym routine. Four months later I was sold! I purchased her 6 month plan and a day later received my nutrition plan, fitness plan, and her supplement suggestion. I was scared when I first saw my cardio schedule and dreaded the day I would start on the treadmill, I had not ran in almost 10 years! But now 3 months in I actually look forward to running and feel like it helps clear my mind! I used to think people were crazy when they said that. I also like the fact that any time I email Sarah I can expect a response by the next day if not in a few hours and she is always helpful and kind.


I also love that she puts emphasis on weight lifting to build muscle and burn fat. Sarah gives you reasons why she does that and supports it with the facts. I want to look STRONG not "toned" and Sarah's coaching is helping me get there. My ultimate goal is to have my body fat percentage down to 20%. When I started I was around 33%, four weeks ago I was at 25%. I'm hoping in the next few weeks I'll meet my goal. Things can only get better from there! I'll update once I've reached my goal and again at the end of my 6 month plan.
