I officially met my goal! I cannot believe how far I've come. I have
one more month left with Sarah Bowmar and her training program.
Everything that she has shown me I will be able to continue once my
training with her is officially over.
My
weight and measurements have remained pretty consistent but I can
really see a difference in my body fat %. I went from 33.7% towards the
beginning of my journey and as of this picture is was down to 17%!
